Dr Chronis' Care Kit is a must have. Lots of important information that will come in handy. Instead of wondering if something is wrong or making lots of calls to the Dr., simply read his book. This is especially perfect for first time parents. I wish I had had it around for my first child. The goodies that come along with it are all must have's also. Perfect gift for a loved one.

This is a great set. As a new mom I have so many questions and concerns and almost all are addressed in the book. What's also great about the book are the photos (not illustrations) of common conditions that affect infants. It's so much more reassuring when I see a picture of what my daughter has and I can tell it's completely normal. Much better than reading a description of, say, heat rash, and thinking "it sounds like what's described, but I'm not 100% convinced". I have so much to think about with a new baby, I really don't need to sweat the small stuff and this book helps keep me from stressing over every little thing. On top of the book you get all of the accessories that you'd need to buy separately. It is so much more convenient to get everything all together. I can't say enough good things about this set. Great buy and would make a great gift, too!



A Must Have Resources for Parents - J. Branam -
The Dr. Carey's Baby Care Kit is an all in one must have for any parent. Not only does the kit come with all the needed items such as diaper rash ointment, bulb syringe and a swaddle blanket but it comes with a 96 page book. The book covers so many topics in the first year of a baby's life. One of the nicest features I liked about the book was the pictures. Whenever one of my children comes down with something, I'm first to race to Google with trying to find anything I can. The book provides a very easy to follow dialogue with great photos of real events such as rashes and blocked tear ducts. The wording is such that it doesn't take a doctor to understand it and Dr. Carey did an excellent job with explaining the conditions and not talking over the average parent's head. All the products, the directions on how to properly swaddle and the book are wonderful. All in all, I think it's a must have resource for any parent or expecting parent.
